Data Covered By A Deletion Request
Deletion requests should cover EasyPeasy app data such as:
- account profile
- goals and target data
- meal logs
- food items
- AI estimate metadata
- weight entries
- usual foods
- share cards
- synced cloud data
- retained media, if any exists
Media Defaults
EasyPeasy's default media behavior is process-and-discard for food photos, nutrition label photos, and short voice recordings. EasyPeasy does not create public media URLs by default.
Verification and Timing
Support may need to verify account ownership before deleting account-linked data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, purchase, or platform reasons.
EasyPeasy will reply with next steps, including any verification needed and the expected timing for the request.
Subscription and Store Accounts
Deleting EasyPeasy app data does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscription cancellation through the relevant platform account settings.
