How To Contact Support
Email support@tryeasypeasy.com. Please include the email address associated with your EasyPeasy account if you have one, the platform you are using, and a short description of the issue.
For purchase or restore-purchase help, include whether the purchase was made on iOS or Android. Do not send payment card details.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request account or data deletion by emailing support@tryeasypeasy.com. See the dedicated data deletion page for what to include.
Subscription Support
Premium purchases and restore-purchase behavior are handled through RevenueCat and the relevant app store systems. For billing, cancellation, renewal, refund, or store-account questions, users may also need to use Apple App Store or Google Play support tools.
