Waitlist
EasyPeasy may collect email addresses submitted through the waitlist form on this website. When you join the waitlist, EasyPeasy may also store signup metadata such as the time of signup, the form location used, referral or UTM values from the URL, and basic technical metadata (such as a one-way hashed network identifier) for abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are never stored.
The website and waitlist use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1 to receive and store waitlist submissions. Waitlist email addresses and signup metadata are used only to notify you when EasyPeasy becomes available and to prevent abuse. EasyPeasy does not sell personal data. You may request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing support@tryeasypeasy.com.
Overview
EasyPeasy is a food and calorie tracking app. It helps people log meals, review AI-assisted meal estimates, track weight goals, and see simple progress guidance.
We treat food logs, goals, weight entries, photos, audio, and progress data as private. EasyPeasy does not sell personal data.
Information EasyPeasy May Collect
Account and profile data
If you create or sign in to an account, EasyPeasy may collect account identifiers such as your email address, Supabase user id, authentication state, and sync status. This data connects your private app data to your account.
EasyPeasy may also store profile and plan settings such as unit preferences, goal type, height, age, sex or unspecified selection, activity level, current weight, target weight, calorie target, protein target, and goal feasibility status.
Goal and weight data
EasyPeasy may store your weight goal, target date or timeline, manual weight entries, latest weight, and progress calculations. This data is used to show Home, Progress, plan editing, and daily guidance.
Meal logs and food items
EasyPeasy stores confirmed meal logs and food items only after you choose to add them. Meal logs may include meal type, date, calories, macros, item names, serving notes, confidence details, edit state, and source metadata.
AI meal estimates
EasyPeasy can create AI-assisted estimates from text, voice, food photos, or nutrition label photos. AI estimates are estimates, not facts. You must review and confirm an estimate before it is saved as a meal log.
AI estimate data may include confidence level, calories, macros, food items, notes, model metadata, and prompt/version metadata. This information is used to show the confirmation card, improve app behavior consistency, and sync confirmed records when you are signed in.
Timelapse photos
Timelapse photos taken in EasyPeasy are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to EasyPeasy servers and are not used for AI processing. They leave the app only when you explicitly choose an export or share action. If you delete the EasyPeasy app without exporting your Timelapse photos first, those photos may be permanently deleted from your device.
Voice, food photo, and label photo inputs
If you use voice logging, food photo logging, or nutrition label photo logging, EasyPeasy sends short audio clips, food images, or nutrition label images through private backend functions to create AI estimates. This is distinct from Timelapse photos. EasyPeasy does not intentionally retain raw voice, food-photo, or label-photo inputs in its own cloud storage after processing and does not create public media URLs by default.
Service providers that process these requests may keep limited request content or technical records for security, fraud prevention, or abuse monitoring under their own terms and retention controls. Process-and-discard in EasyPeasy's own storage does not mean every subprocessor necessarily deletes request content instantaneously.
Subscription status
EasyPeasy may process subscription entitlement status, available packages, purchase state, and restore-purchase state through RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. This is used to show whether Premium features are available.
Analytics and crash reporting
Analytics is not currently part of the app. If analytics is added later, it should use coarse product metadata only and should not include raw food descriptions, exact body weight values, private notes, raw AI responses, photos, audio, or public media URLs.
Crash or error reporting is not finalized. If added, it may collect crash logs, app version, device type, operating system version, and diagnostic details needed to fix bugs.

Service Providers
EasyPeasy relies on Supabase for authentication, private account sync, database storage, and backend functions; OpenAI for AI meal estimates and safety moderation through those backend functions; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement handling; Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases; and Cloudflare for website hosting and waitlist infrastructure.
Applicable OpenAI Responses API requests are configured not to request application-state storage. OpenAI may still process and temporarily retain limited content or metadata for safety, security, or abuse prevention according to its terms, account settings, and applicable retention controls.
Data Storage and Security
Local app data is stored on your device. If you sign in and sync, synced records are stored in Supabase and should be protected with user-scoped access controls.
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but EasyPeasy is designed with privacy-first defaults for food, weight, media, and share card data.
Data Deletion
When you are signed in, you can permanently delete your EasyPeasy account inside the app from Profile > Delete account. The app confirms the destructive action, deletes the authenticated account and its synced personal records, and then clears local EasyPeasy personal data and local Timelapse files for that app installation.
You can also request help with account, waitlist, or other data deletion by emailing support@tryeasypeasy.com. Use the email address associated with your EasyPeasy account if you have one. Account deletion covers profile, goals, daily targets, meal logs, food items, AI estimate metadata, weight entries, usual foods, milestones, share cards, AI usage records, subscription entitlement mirrors, and other synced user-owned data.
Deleting an EasyPeasy account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store, purchase, fraud-prevention, or legal records controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another provider may be retained under that provider's obligations and policies.
Children
EasyPeasy is intended for people old enough to use food and calorie tracking tools responsibly. EasyPeasy is not directed to children, and children should not use EasyPeasy without appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required.

EasyPeasy is a food and calorie tracking app, not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe diets, replace a doctor or dietitian, provide eating disorder treatment, or guarantee calorie accuracy, weight loss, or weight gain.
